2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

Pursuant to Clause 16 of the Wallan Basketball Inc (WBI) Constitution, notice is hereby given to members of WBI of the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

 

Date: Monday 24 November 2025

Time: 7:00pm

Location: RB Robson Stadium

 

Positions to be elected are: President, Treasurer and Child Safety Officer.

 

Members may nominate for these positions if they satisfy the requirements under the Constitution, Standing Orders and Board Skills Matrix.  Nominations must be on the nominated form, and completed forms must be emailed to the Secretary (secretary@wallanbasketball.com.au) by 11:59pm Sunday 16 November 2025.

 

All members are welcome to attend.

For all parents of existing players under the age of 18 that would like to participate in the voting of board positions, you must complete the Parent Nomination Form and send to the Secretary.
